13. Participate in associations of freight forwarding, logistics, and customs clearance service providers to optimize legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and update regulatory documents to reflect current market conditions in logistics services.

15. Engage in business cooperation only with suppliers (of any services, works, or goods) willing to meet the requirements set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the company. Prioritize suppliers operating in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
16. Create conditions encouraging active employee participation in:
a. activities enhancing occupational safety culture,
b. addressing occupational health and safety issues,
c. conducting training, briefings, and knowledge assessments on safety and occupational health.
17. Provide mandatory insurance for employees against workplace accidents during the performance of their duties.
18. Offer free medical services under a medical insurance agreement.
19. Conduct annual medical examinations for employees.
20. Analyze the root causes of incidents and accidents occurring during work processes; develop measures to prevent them.
21. Annually assess risks in occupational health and environmental safety, plan and implement the most effective risk reduction measures.
22. Provide employees with personal protective equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements of relevant government authorities.
